Jerry Silva has over 20 years of experience in the field of training extending from the preparation and delivery of individual or small-group training programs to the preparation and delivery of large-scope training programs. His work has included needs analysis and course design for health and safety education and training. Jerry also has a broad management experience with a strong background in training, explosives & blasting, engineering, construction, organization, communication and administration. Experience includes 5 years at the WCB including manager of Variance & Sanction Section and manager of Outreach (education and technical writing).
